Apologies, I didn’t mean to turn this into a dessert blog. I can’t help it, I’m a baker! My scientific side comes out when I bake. I’ve always related with the saying, “Cooking is and art. Baking is a science.” This being said, today I will bring out the artistic side. Starting with a basic seaweed salad. Enjoy!
1/2 c Seaweed Salad
1/2 c Chopped Salad Mix
1/2 can Alaskan Salmon (drained)
Sliced Bell Peppers
Take all your ingredients. Mix ’em up together. Drizzle with lemon juice. Taadaa!!! Who wants to pay 8 bucks for a seaweed salad at the Sushi Restaurant? Not me!
